A 0–4 start meets a 2–2 Dallas team
Tampa Bay is looking for its first win after a 17–14 Week 4 loss to Green Bay. Dallas, meanwhile, comes off a 34–30 win over Houston and enters at 2–2, according to the teams’ current Week 5 coverage. Those records set up the matchup context without predicting what will happen on Thursday.
The teams’ scheduled meeting is also their 21st all-time matchup, with Dallas leading the series 14–6, according to Tampa Bay’s official preview. That historical note and Tampa’s first-win search make this a distinct Week 5 story—not just another generic Thursday football listing.
