The Buccaneers list a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff at Raymond James Stadium—that is 10:00 a.m. PT for Bay Area viewers. A confirmed lineup change is the main story: rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels is set to make his first NFL start, while Baker Mayfield is out with a dislocated right thumb.

What is confirmed about Tampa Bay’s quarterback
The Buccaneers’ Week 4 game preview says Daniels will make his NFL starting debut against Green Bay. The team says Mayfield is beginning rehab for a dislocated right thumb and is expected to miss at least three games. The NFL’s report also confirms that Daniels is starting in Mayfield’s place. Tampa Bay’s Oct. 1 injury report lists Mayfield as not participating in practice because of the right-thumb injury.
That is current team and league reporting, not a prediction about the game’s result. It is also the most useful distinction for anyone following the Packers–Buccaneers matchup: the Sunday Week 4 game features a new starting quarterback for Tampa Bay.
Kickoff time for Bay Area fans
The official Buccaneers game information lists the game for Sunday, October 4, at 1:00 p.m. ET at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. For Milpitas, San Jose, and the wider Bay Area, that is 10:00 a.m. PT. Check the official schedule again if making plans, since times and game details can change.
